Overview

This open-source parametric definition enables customizable 3D-printable Easy-Connect pipe fittings designed for distributed manufacturing. It supports fabrication with low-cost desktop-size 3D printers, enabling repairing, reuse, and maintenance through rapid customization of joint configurations. These customizable fittings support fast iteration and practical use for water and fluid management systems, allowing users to prototype and implement fluid systems more affordably and flexibly. 1

  • 🔩 Slicing and fabrication: PrusaSlicer 3 , Small-format Fused Filament Fabrication 3D Printer.
  • 📎 Materials: PLA, PETG, ASA Filaments tested for rigid parts, PETG recommended. TPE tested for flexible gaskets.
